This policy explains what information Novus Contractor LLC (“Novus Contractor”) collects on this website and what it does with it.

What we collect

What you give us in the inquiry form: name, phone, email, property city and type, whether you received a notice, the notice deadline, your description of the issue, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
What you give us afterward by email or in person so we can handle your case, such as the city notice, photos, or drawings.
Basic technical data that any web server records, such as IP address, browser type, and the date of the visit.

Please do not send sensitive information through the form, such as Social Security, bank account, or card numbers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and contact you by email.
To assess your case, prepare a proposal, and provide the services you hire us for.
To meet legal obligations and keep our project records.

We contact you only about your inquiry or your case. We do not use your information to send you advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

To handle your case: with architects, engineers, subcontractors, private providers of plan review and inspection, and other professionals involved.
With the authorities that receive applications or documents. What is filed with a city or county may become a public record.
With service providers we use to operate: Cloudflare (website hosting, email forwarding, and bot checks) and Formspree (form delivery).
When the law requires it.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools, and it does not track your activity on other sites.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
To block automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (the “I’m not a robot” check), which reviews technical data from your browser to confirm you are a person. See the Turnstile privacy addendum for details.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond to you. If you hire us, we keep project information for as long as the law and our records require.

How we protect it

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you. We will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep certain information. Email us at info@novuscontractor.com.

Minors

This site is intended for adults. To send the form, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that an inquiry comes from a minor, we do not act on it and we delete their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
